BBQ Mackerel πŸ˜‹πŸ€€ This recipe is one of the famous recipes in goa this recipe is originally known as recheado masala bangde fry and my twist to it is instead of frying the mackerel with semolina or rice flour i used charcoal grill to add smoky taste 🀀πŸ”₯ which make the recipe even more delicious and yummmmm.  Ingredients 1 inch fresh Ginger 1 medium Garlic bulb 25 red dried Kashmiri Chili a few dried bird's eye chili for the heat ( I add about 3) ¼ Teaspoon Cumin seeds 4-5 Peppercorn 1 inch Cinnamon stick 5 Cloves pinch Fenugreek seeds ¼ teaspoon brown or black Mustard seeds ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder pinch Salt 1 Teaspoon Sugar 500 milliliter White Vinegar (and maybe more is needed) 60 milliliter Coconut Feni        And Coconut oil to grill the fish  to be honest to do this i took my mom's help. !  Because this ingredient must be as per quantity as given above or else we cant get that recheado flavour Step one clean the mack...

Mackerel Cutle... 🀀 Ingredients:  4 mackerel fish, medium size cleaned and boiled 4 medium size onion, chopped 3-4 green chili 3 garlic cloves 1 inch ginger 1/2 +1/2  tsp tumeric powder 1 tsp garam masala powder 1 cup coriander  3-4 tbsp rava/ semolina salt to taste 2 tbsp oil for shallow frying Method: step 1 take the boiled mackerels and remove all the frish meet and put it in the bowl then add all the ingredients green chili's garlic ginger turmeric , masala  coriander chopped and make it in to small cutlets  Step 2  to make cutlets crispy and more tasty add a court of semolina outside the cutlets and shallow fry them in low flam for 8 minutes until cutlets turn golden brown . Spicy Squid Chilly 🀀 This same recipe you'll can try with prawns 🦐🍀 but i love squids In this recipe I have done many twists which I'll share with you'll. For spicy squid chilly the ingredient you'll require : Ingredients: Squids – 10 to 12 medium sized  Onions (sliced) – 2 medium Capsicum (sliced) – 1 large Tomato (seed must be removed & sliced) 2 medium Turmeric Powder – ¼ ts Garlic (finely chopped) – 12 big Ginger (finely chopped) – 1 inch King of the recipe πŸ‘‰ make sure you use good quality of Red Chilli Powder  Coriander Powder – ½ ts Tomato Ketchup – 2 tbsp. Sago nuggets 🀀 The original recipe of this twisted recipe was ( sabudana khichadi ) which my grandmother cooked which was her own recipe.  Sincerely I didn't like to eat khichadi but the taste my grandmothers recipe was yummmmm... I still remember that taste .. But later I always wanted to try something different from that same recipe, I tried and I was successful.. I love deep fried food πŸ‘Œ not always and the my new version of sabudana  khichadi which i twist it into sago nuggets some times in tea time I try many new creations of foods.. And this is one of them..
