Sago nuggets 🤤
The original recipe of this twisted recipe was (sabudana khichadi) which my grandmother cooked which was her own recipe. Sincerely I didn't like to eat khichadi but the taste my grandmothers recipe was yummmmm... I still remember that taste .. But later I always wanted to try something different from that same recipe, I tried and I was successful.. I love deep fried food 👌 not always and the my new version of sabudana khichadi which i twist it into sago nuggets some times in tea time I try many new creations of foods.. And this is one of them.. A perfect Tea snack.

Ingredients needed for this recipe are
1cup of sago (sabudaba) over night soaked in one and half cup of warm water
1small potato boiled, peeled and smashed
2small chills finely chopped
3spoons of rice flour and oil to fry
Pinch of salt and finely chopped coriander.
And for garnish I prepared a sause with dahi, crushed cumin seeds or cumin power,sugar and pinch of salt.
Method: take a container and add smashed potato+sago(before putting excess water should be drained)+pinch of salt chopper chills chopped coriander and 3spoons of rice flour and make a stick smooth dough
Make small balls of it and deep fry it in the oil on medium flame and after the nuggets are ready prepare the sauce for it add an generous amount of dahi to a bowl add sugar pinch of salt cumin power and coriander and serve it hot. Delicious and yummy sago nuggets 🤤👌
