Mackerel Cutle... 🤤
Ingredients:
4 mackerel fish, medium size cleaned and boiled
4 medium size onion, chopped
3-4 green chili
3 garlic cloves
1 inch ginger
1/2 +1/2 tsp tumeric powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 cup coriander
3-4 tbsp rava/ semolina
salt to taste
2 tbsp oil for shallow frying

Method: step 1 take the boiled mackerels and remove all the frish meet and put it in the bowl then add all the ingredients green chili's garlic ginger turmeric , masala coriander chopped and make it in to small cutlets
Step 2 to make cutlets crispy and more tasty add a court of semolina outside the cutlets and shallow fry them in low flam for 8 minutes until cutlets turn golden brown . And the mackerel cutlets are ready to serve...🤤
I love this recipe cause it's simple and we can try it anytime of the week because all ingredients are always available any time any where. The original recipe of this recipe was local goan fried mackerels which are yum🤤 but not always so I gave it may twist of taste and turned it into mackerel cutlets 🤤🐟🥘
